1SP0635 SCALE-2即插即用型驱动器能够安全、可靠地驱动1200 V到3300 V、封装为130 x 140 mm和190 x 140 mm的高压和大功率IGBT模块。它针对铁路行业的高可靠性应用进行了优化。这款驱动器所采用的主/从配置允许安全地操作并联IGBT模块。主板(1SP0635V或1SP0635S)可用作独立的驱动器来驱动单个IGBT模块,而无需从板;也可与最多三个从板(1SP0635D)共用,驱动最多四个并联IGBT模块。
主驱动配有光纤接口,具备全局故障管理功能。在主/从配置中,从板通过并联电缆连接到主板,利用此电缆传输公用指令信号以及来自DC/DC电源的电压。1SP0635驱动器是基于CONCEPT高度集成的SCALE-2芯片组设计而成,具备高性能、功能完整和极其紧凑的特性。与传统解决方案相比,SCALE-2芯片组还可将元件数量减少多达80%,因此能够显著地提高可靠性,并降低成本。
这款驱动器还具备动态高级有源箝位(DA2C)、短路保护、内置DC/DC电源、副方+15V稳压和电源电压监控功能。该驱动器可用于所有机械上兼容的IGBT模块。即插即用配置可实现安装后立即使用,因此用户无需为特定应用调试驱动器而投入时间和人力。
光纤接口选项
驱动器使用光纤实现指令信号和状态反馈信号的电气隔离。有两种版本的光纤接口可用:

■ 1SP0635S,配备ST型接口
