1SP0635x2xx-DIM1500ESM33-TS000The SCALE-2 plug-and-play driver 1SP0635x2xx-DIM1500ESM33-TS000 is a compact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for Dynex IGBTs DIM1500ESM33-TS000. The master driver 1SP0635x2Mx-DIM1500ESM33-TS000 features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC/DC power supply. It can be used as stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0635D2Sx-DIM1500ESM33-TS000 slaves to drive up to four parallel-connected IGBT modules of type DIM1500ESM33-TS000.
