1. Associate Field Application Engineer
Sales |Shanghai, China
The AAE will report to Sr. Technical Sales Manager of China. This individual will cover PI North/East China Tier 2-4 customer technical support and goals of increasing customer numbers, design-wins.
Responsibility
● Co-work with TSE team to ensure the Design-Ins for tier2-4 new customers
● Recommend PI right solution to new tier2-4 customers with the ability of debugging, PCB/SCH, Review and related technical support.
● Training to Distributor FAEs and potential tier2-4 new customers
● Follow on the challenging plans base on specific assessment of performance and achievement
○ Promote and engage new T2-4 customers with a target of >200 in two years
○ Achieve the Design-In goals of T2-4 customers >100 in two years
○ Visit customers, monitor progress, and address problems
○ Communicate the highlight/lowlight by weekly FAE reports; con-call and email
● Carry out market research and monitor competitor products

● Good capability to pick up new technology and products knowledge quickly

Requirements
● BSEE+/MSEE in Electronic Engineering major
● 0-2 years’ experience on switch mode power supply (related project or research for SMPS in university is preferred)
● Strong desire to pursue a career in application and technical support.
● Fluent oral and written English
2. Field Application Engineer
Sales |Beijing, Chaoyang District, China
● Technical support to customers, including field trouble shooting activities;
● Analysis on technical issues confronting customers and offer solution;
● Technical advice to customer on application of products;
● Support sales team in visiting customers and offering technical training;
● Collect, update and analyses market intelligence of competitors and their products;
● Development and translation of technical materials;
Experience:
● Bachelor degree major in power electronics or automation with 3 years relevant experience or above, Master’s Degree with at least 2 year experience;
● Proficiency in application of power converter and familiarity with basic principles of VFD, UPS, wind power converter, PV inverter and so on;
● Experience in application of IGBT modules; familiarity with basic principles of IGBT driver;
● A self-motivated team player willing to take initiative and responsibility;
● Good command in written and verbal English;
● Sophisticated in interpersonal and communication skills;
● Occasional business trip is required.

3. Field Application Engineer

Job Description
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The FAE will reside in Shanghai, China with responsibility to provide customer technical support to OEM manufacturers and power supply manufacturers throughout North China. The FAE should be able to provide PI solution with design report and/or proto board to customer. The FAE will work in close cooperation with the P.I. China Sales and Distributors/Representatives and interface with PI's Application Engineering in San Jose, California. The FAE will work in a local PI China office lab and must be capable of performing first line technical support at circuit level. The FAE will perform critical measurements for correlation with the PI applications teams in the U.S. The Regional Manager will set work priorities.
Experience
With a minimum of three years of switch mode power supply design experience.
Education: BSEE/MSEE
4. Technical Sales Engineer
Sales |Beijing, Chaoyang District, China
The TSE willr eport to Sr. Technical Sales Manager of China. This individual will improve PI China Tier 2-4 customer coverage and goals of increasing customer numbers, design-wins and revenues in T2-4 customer base.
Responsibility
● Search and develop long-term relationships with new potential customers in the designated region
● Follow on the challenging business plans base on specific assessment of performance and achievement
○ Find and qualify new T2-4 customers with a target of >300 in two years
○ Achieve the goals of T2-4 revenue growth and design-wins growth
○ Visit customers, monitor progress, and address problems
○ Communicate the highlight/lowlight by weekly sales reports; con-call and email
● Work well with distributors to ensure the new T2-4 customers qualified will be closely followed up
● Collaborate with the Marcom team to improve the ways to find new customers and to handle the new leads
● Collaborate closely with existing PI China Sales team to ensure the new customers will be timely transferred to the DF sales team and have them being closed followed up when they are growing from T2-4 to T0-1
● Carry out market research and monitor competitor products
