| 职位介绍： | Maxim Job ID # SZ0011 As Strategic Applications Engineering Manager, you must be experienced with circuits and systems for consumer high-volume products. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing a variety of custom analog, video, audio, and power-supply circuits at board-level, both for a customer's end product and for in-house designs. End equipment will include TV set-top boxes, MP3 players, portable game and media players, smartphones, and similar consumer electronic devices. You will demonstrate the ability to successfully manage hardware applications engineers while providing a positive, productive work environment that responds well to customer needs. You also must be able to interview new recruits and help develop your team. Successful candidates will be those who thrive in a busy, exciting lab environment and possess excellent communication skills. Spoken and written English and Chinese languages are required for this position. Requirements BSEE or MSEE and 3 to 10 years of comparable experience in a similar role. This position is not recommended for most new graduates. At least 2 years experience as a team leader or manager, running a group that produces PCB level hardware. Experience designing analog and digital control circuits at the board level for commercial consumer products. Strong communication skills, and enjoy working with customers and the Maxim sales staff. Practical work experience will be given priority consideration. This is a lab engineering position which may involve some local visits to customers' labs. The position involves a wide variety of projects with scope ranging from simple support work to complete reference-prototype designs.
