Responsible for achieving the China CB sales quota targets. This role bears responsibility for hiring, training, developing, motivating the team, reviewing their performance against target achievement, and against achievement of other business objectives established by the business. Ensures that account/territory plans are developed and implemented. Provides recommendations on strategy for CB in China. Ensures sales account managers are looking for new business and selling all available products/solutions while maintaining/enhancing top level customer relationships. Provides guidance and focus to sales organization to bring business to conclusion and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of orders/sales forcasts/customer data base for China. Works closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service to prioritize customer needs, understand market trends and new market opportunities to provide CB an "edge" in China. Familiar with government ministries/agencies in China to help expand Tektronix product in market. Manage Channel Partner relationships in China including the selection of appropriate partners, certification, training, contract, credit worthiness, working closely to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales through channel partners. Represents Tektronix in an ethical and professional manner. Manages budgets with a P&L mindset. |
