Facility introduction of new products and packages that drive growth and improve productivity. Manage co-manufacturing facilities, with emphasis on quality, customer service, process improvement. Manage and lead engineers. Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team. Qualifications 任职要求 BS in electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering. Seven plus years of business and manufacturing experience. Demonstrated systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated tactical and strategic quality assurance skills. Effective negotiating skills and a high level of integrity are required. |
