| 职位介绍： | Brief: Will be responsible for managing Product Marketing and Strategic activities related to supporting and successfully growing AIPD Interface product lines. Also responsible for tactical marketing for a specific region. Minimum Requirements: BSEE or equivalent. Systems, Applications or Marketing experience with semiconductor components or embedded systems preferred, especially with wired industry-standard serial protocols. Essential Function: Coordinate and provide marketing direction and support to internal corporate departments and Worldwide Field Sales and Applications organizations Manage product line margin and revenue goals (in order to meet Corporate requirements) Manage all aspects of strategic marketing to ensure revenue growth for product lines of responsibility Develop and execute new product introductions including forecasting, pricing, literature, training, etc. Support Worldwide Field Sales in market penetration, major account penetration and distribution sales Worldwide to realize AIPD revenue and margin targets Coordinate with AIPD Marketing and Corporate Marcom to develop sales collateral, advertisements or other material to aid in revenue generation Provide regional pricing support for all AIPD product lines to meet division and Corporate P&L goals Provide comprehensive product, system and strategy training for all Worldwide sales regions including direct, rep, and distribution sales people Special Requirements: Approximately 10-20% travel is possible for this position, domestic and possibly international. Mandarin language skill in addition to English is desirable. |
