| 职位介绍： | Role Summary: Responsible for driving DSP(Digital Signal Processing) business in telecom and consumer applications in China. Being creative in explore and execute new business opportunities. Primary Responsibility: The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Responsible for team work with sales team to achieve revenue goal Being the key interface to align the sales channels by providing product, pricing, and positioning information to rapidly move these opportunities through the Design Win and/or sales cycle Being engaged with key accounts throughout the discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and closing phases of the Design Win process and help resolving customer issues Providing inputs into pricing strategy and aligning pricing negotiations with customers Relaying customer feedback back to the division for use in future products Responsible for initiating/aligning/executing product line priorities and strategy in China Responsible for forecasting existing and potential new business Qualifications: Master of Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus 5+ years Digital Signal Processing device related experience is a plus Experience in pre-sales support which include business plan development, account planning, account management, technology mapping to business issues, sales pitch and demo delivery Experience in business development activities which include messaging, competitive and market segment analysis, account penetration planning, direct sales, and technical leadership A high energy technologist who is also thoroughly adept at business development and sales Proven co-ordination abilities to drive cross-functional, cross-division, and cross-business group teams Good learning capability. Can-do attitude, self-motivated. Willing to traveling in domestic and oversea Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills Strong verbal and written capability in English MS Office, specially Powerpoint and excel |
